While we encourage submissions from all our esteemed medical providers, please be aware that submitting an article does not guarantee publication. Each submission undergoes a review process to ensure alignment with our content standards and objectives.

Our submission guidelines are designed to ensure a seamless experience as you share your insights with the broader healthcare community. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the guidelines below to understand the types of articles we are looking for and the submission process.

Original Content

Submit articles that align with the theme and focus of our website. Submit original content that has not been published elsewhere. If there are any previously published elements, please disclose this information.

Publication Rights

Acknowledge that, if accepted, you grant us the right to publish and promote your article on our website and social media channels. Any subsequent use of the content will be with proper attribution.

Content Format

Feel free to submit your articles either as a web link to an article on your website or as a Word document. We recommend a length between 600 and 1500 words.

Artwork Format

We generally display logos in white; however, if you prefer a full-color logo, please be aware that it will be placed on a white box. For optimal results, kindly provide your logo in a PNG format with a transparent background. JPGs are also acceptable.

Logo: Min width/height 300px, max width/height 1200px

Photo: Min width/height 600px, max width/height 1920px.

Videos: Kindly share a YouTube or Vimeo link for your video content, as we do not host videos directly.

Ready to submit your article?

Upon submission, please allow up to one to two weeks for our team to review your article. We aim to schedule up to two articles per month. If your article is selected, we will promptly contact you with the proposed publication date. Before publication, you'll have the opportunity to review and make any necessary edits using a test link we provide. Rest assured, we will not publish the article without your explicit consent.
